Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Enter Room 11 and purchasing access to its audio tools. By using the service or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

Enter Room 11 is an online audio tools service operated by Shengjun Li, an individual operator ("we", "us", or "our"). Our website provides video-to-audio conversion and audio editing tools.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority required in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase paid access.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the service. Your use of the service must comply with applicable laws.

3. About the Service

Enter Room 11 provides browser-based audio tools, including video-to-audio conversion and WaveForge audio editing features. Available tools and features may change as the service develops.

We aim to keep the service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, file, or format.

We may perform maintenance, make updates, or temporarily restrict features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, or technical reasons.

4. Accounts and Acceptable Use

Some features require an account and active paid access. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Your Files and Content

You retain the rights you already hold in the audio, video, and other files you use with Enter Room 11. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process those files.

Our browser-based conversion and editing tools are designed to process files on your device rather than upload them to our servers for file processing. This statement does not mean that account information, payment records, website usage data, or support communications are never processed. Please read our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of original files and exported results. Do not rely on the service as your only backup.

6. Price and Payment

The product is called Enter Room 11 — Monthly Access. The listed price is $9.99 USD for one month of access, subject to the price and any applicable taxes shown at checkout.

This is a one-time payment for a one-month access period. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. You will not be charged again unless you make another purchase.

Enter Room 11 plans to use Waffo Pancake as its payment service for paid access. Once the payment integration is active, payment processing, invoices, and applicable taxes will be handled according to the actual checkout arrangement, Waffo Pancake's terms, and applicable law. The checkout page or payment confirmation may identify the relevant seller or payment service provider.

Enter Room 11 does not ask you to send your full payment card number or card security code by email. Payment information is handled through the applicable checkout and payment providers.

7. Membership Access Period

Paid access begins after the payment is confirmed and the membership has been activated for your account. The access period lasts one calendar month from the confirmation date.

If the following month does not contain the corresponding calendar date, the access period ends on the last day of that month. Access expires at the end of the applicable access period unless you make another purchase.

Paid access is for your personal use and may not be sold, transferred, or shared in a way that circumvents account or access restrictions. All features remain subject to reasonable technical and security limits.

8. Refunds

Payments are generally final except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved under the applicable checkout provider's refund terms. You may submit a refund request for a duplicate charge for the same purchase or where the service is completely unusable and you cannot access the paid tools.

Refund requests are reviewed by Enter Room 11 in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If a refund is approved, Enter Room 11 will initiate the refund through Waffo Pancake once the payment integration is active. Refund processing and completion may depend on the payment service and the original payment method. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

To request help with a payment or software issue, contact hello@enterroom11.com and include the email address associated with your account, your payment receipt or transaction reference, and a description of the problem. Do not include your full payment card number or security code.

We may ask for reasonable information to investigate a reported software issue and will do our best to help troubleshoot it. Individual feature issues, minor bugs, device or browser compatibility issues, or a particular file failing to process do not automatically qualify for a refund. Nothing in this section excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Billing Questions and Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact hello@enterroom11.com with your transaction reference, the date of the charge, and a brief explanation of the issue.

We aim to respond to billing disputes within three business days. Where a billing error is confirmed, we aim to resolve it within five business days. These timeframes do not limit your right to contact your payment provider or exercise any rights available under law.

10. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, website hosting, account-related functions, or other supporting services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and processes may affect your experience.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every file will convert successfully or that every editing feature will work with every device, browser, or file.

You are responsible for checking exported files and keeping backups before relying on them for important work.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, material violations of these terms, or technical issues.

You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use does not extend an access period or create a right to a refund beyond the terms of Section 8 and any rights provided by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, payment process, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.

15. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights or other legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
